Postby Class20fan » 23 Sep 2011 21:20

Hello one and all,Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

I am looking for like minded individuals who would be interested in setting up a group to purchase a class 20 for the norfolk area (preferences are to base it at the MNR.

If your interested please inbox me or email Norfolkcl20g (at) hotmail dot co dot uk

I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in joining me and a few other likeminded individuals.

Best Wishes

Welcome to the forum Michael.

It's an interesting first posting. Have you contacted the MNR about your proposal? Do you have a source of a class 20 in mind? ie. who to buy one from

Very interesting indeed, we already have 20069 as the MNR's longest serving loco when a group of like minded individuals purchased her from BR back in the early 90's. I'm not sure where another 20 would come from either.

Could always make Harry an offer for one of his but be prepaired to pay the price of a top of the range luxury car....
